Schmidt, Beck & Boyd Engineering, LLC began operating in June, 2012 as an engineering consulting firm. Although a new company, SBB Engineering's four principals have over 90 years of combined knowledge and experience in the field of civil engineering, land surveying and site development. Currently, SBB is licensed to practice engineering in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Ohio and is also licensed to practice surveying in Kansas and Missouri.
Work Philosophy
Schmidt, Beck & Boyd Engineering provides civil engineering services for public and private entities on a broad variety of infrastructure and site improvement projects. The firm’s licensed engineers specialize in municipal services, site development, traffic analysis, storm water management best practices and one is a LEED Accredited Professional. The firm’s licensed surveyor specializes in boundary definition, subdivision platting and construction staking. The understanding of these components is essential in creating a complete and effective site design.
SBB strives to use the most current design technologies and documentation available. We endeavor to stay informed of emerging technology and contemporary practices through professional continuing education and seminars. Yet we have a solid work ethic built on a foundation of time honored methods and practices. Our experienced personnel provide the discipline required to see your project through to completion.
